GoGirls Music Commemorates 9/11 With Free September Concert

NEW YORK – Celebrate peace with GoGirls Music on the 10th anniversary of 9/11 in a free concert at Otto’s Shrunken Head in the East Village, starting at noon on September 11.

The concert opens with Karen Davis, followed by Inky Glass, Allison’s Invention, Jackie Sheeler & the WordRock Project, Luciar and Lotus Hill, each in 30 minute sets.

The concert is one of several free musical tributes in New York City, September 9th -12th, part of The September Concert, a celebration of peace and humanity through music The initiative started in 2002, inviting musicians of “every genre to come out and make music, anywhere people gather.” The September Concert is a network of 200 concerts, worldwide.
